Applications are open for the Heinrich Böll Foundation Scholarships 2024-25 in Germany. In Germany, applications for Master’s and PhD programmes are free of charge. Students with strong academic records are eligible to apply for fully financed scholarships in Germany. The full cost of living and tuition is covered by these foreign scholarships for Europe. For some programmes, candidates must apply for a fully financed scholarship in Europe after receiving an acceptance and offer letter from an accredited German university. International students can apply for the fully funded Heinrich Boll Foundation Scholarship 2024 to study for free in Germany. This scholarship is open to students from all over the world, including German and European Union (EU) students.
Eligibility Criteria for Heinrich Böll Scholarships 2024:
Master’s Degree Criteria:
- Students must present proof of their bachelor’s degree, such as a copy of their original diploma.
- Additionally, they need to hold a certification (Level B2 or DSH2) attesting to their ability in German.
- Proof of enrollment must be presented either before to the start of studies or, at the latest, at the time of the selection interview.
Requirements for a Doctorate:
- Candidates need to demonstrate that they were extended an offer to enroll in a doctoral programme at a German or state-approved university.
- Applicants who are not German speakers must submit documentation of their language skills.

- The maximum scholarship payment will be €934, along with other benefits like health insurance and other allowances.
