An Austrian summer fellowship focused on research is offered by the Vienna BioCenter Summer School in Austria 2024. International students can participate in a 9-week exchange programme in Europe called the Summer Research Programme. Vienna BioCenter Summer School 2024 Austria Requirements for Eligibility:
- Any nationality, gender, colour, or religion is welcome to apply.
- Candidates must be pursuing a degree in a field connected to life sciences.
- By June 30th, applicants must have finished at least two years of university coursework (two to three years for a Bachelor (Hons) degree, or one year for a Master’s degree).
- Candidates must have completed three months of research.
- Applicants for the Summer School must have a strong academic background.
- Candidates must speak English at a proficient level.
- Evidence of enrollment in a university programme for the current or upcoming academic year is required of applicants (if possible)

Advantages of Austria’s Vienna Summer School in 2024:
- Scholars from the Vienna BioCenter Summer School 2024 will receive free housing.
- The students will have modern facilities in the form of fully furnished, internet-connected rooms with a communal kitchen and bathroom.
- A stipend of 1400 euros will be given to each scholar for a nine-week programme.
The scholars’ health insurance will also be entirely paid for. - During the scholarship term, recipients will receive an unrestricted use of public transport and a complimentary travel card.
