Do you find it difficult and worry about your future? The Mckinsey Forward Programme is here to save the day, so don’t worry! The McKinsey Forward Learning Programme is a free five-month learning initiative designed to give young people with talent the necessary real-world skills to succeed in the workforce. Three learning levels make up the programme, which aims to increase participants’ self-confidence and prepare them for leadership roles in their respective sectors of work. People will gain knowledge through a variety of classes, seminars, professional mentoring, and assignments that include feedback. Additionally, youth will gain knowledge and abilities to turn obstacles into opportunities and provide answers. Along with helping children develop resilience and adaptability, the forward learning programme will enable them to operate both alone and collaboratively.

Eligibility Criteria
- It is required of participants to have finished their post-secondary education, such as an associate, bachelor, or diploma, or intermediate/high school education.
- The programme will be conducted in English, thus a strong grasp of the language is required.
